Our story
B.Health started with a simple frustration: most supplement labels are long, vague, and built to impress rather than inform. We wanted the opposite.
Instead of one crowded multi-ingredient blend, we designed four small formulas for four specific moments: a calm morning, daily performance, post-workout recovery, and a restful evening. Each one does a narrow job, and each one is meant to be taken the same way every day.
That is the whole idea. Not more. Better routine.
Every B.Health pack states exactly how many active ingredients it contains and lists each one with its full dose. There are no proprietary blends, no “complex” with a hidden ratio, and no stimulants in any formula. What you read on the front of the label is what is in the capsule.
B.Health LLC is based in Austin, Texas. We ship to all 50 states, offer free standard shipping on orders over $75, and stand behind every bottle with a 30-day return policy. Our support team is real, small, and reachable Monday through Friday.

Standard shipping is free on orders over $75 and $6.95 on orders below that. Expedited 2-day shipping is available at checkout for $14.95.
Orders ship from Texas within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–6 business days depending on your state; expedited orders arrive in 2 business days after shipping. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
If you are not happy with a product, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. See Refund Policy for the details.
Yes. The four formulas were designed to be taken together across the day — Balance in the morning, Drive with breakfast, Renew after training, Delta in the evening. Each stands on its own too. If you take medication or have a medical condition, check with your healthcare professional first.
Balance and Delta are plant-based and vegan-friendly. Renew contains a salmon-derived protein and is not suitable for vegetarians or anyone with a fish allergy. Full ingredient lists and allergen statements are on each product page.
No. None of the four formulas contain caffeine, stimulants, or sedatives.

Delivery estimates start from the day your order ships, not the day it is placed. Carriers do not deliver on U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed before 12pm CT on a business day ship the same day. All other orders ship within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link when it ships.
You can return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, contact us with your order number. We will send a prepaid return label and refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the item. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
If anything arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace it at no cost.

We want you to keep the routine, not the bottle. If you are not satisfied with a B.Health product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price.
Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will reply within one business day with a prepaid USPS return label. Pack the item securely and drop it at any USPS location.
Once we receive your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error.
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the product you would like instead.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, please follow the return process above.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax and shipping, which are calculated at checkout. We do our best to keep product information accurate, but we reserve the right to correct errors, update pricing, and limit quantities at any time. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or stock issues, and will refund any amount charged. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation.
